Meaning :
Arjuna said : "Krishna, place my chariot between the two armies. Keep it there till I have seen the warriors ready for battle and with whom I have to fight."
Comment :
Here, Arjuna is asking Krishna to place his chariot in between the two armies so that he could observe his enemies in the war. Even though Krishna is regarded as God, he obeys the commands of Arjuna as he is the charioteer.
We could see in the coming lines that Krishna is very obedient to his disciples & he likes to obey their commands rather than commanding them.
Arjuna being a friend of Krishna, has the power to command Krishna as he is also a pure disciple. Krishna is always obedient and loving to his good disciples, as we have heard from a lot of Krishna stories.
From the above lines, in our life we should always try to understand the strengths & weakness of our foe's in order to win over them.
